摘要
综合利用干气密封的泄漏量低和迷宫密封可靠性高的特点,同时考虑在原有装备上改造的可行性,设计了迷宫-干气组合式平衡盘密封系统,并用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法验证该设计思路的有效性。在此基础上,引入轴位移故障自愈调控系统,从而能够使得透平压缩机安全高效运行。
The low leakage feature of dry gas seal and high reliability of labyrinth is utilised and the feasibility of the improvements is taken on existing equipment into account at the same time to design a combined labyrinth dry gas seal on balancing piston. Also, Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) was used to verify this strategy. On the base of this, axial displacement Fault Self- Recovering (FSR) system was introduced to assure the safety and rehability of turbocompressor.
