摘要
目的探索团体咨询对降低大学生人际交往焦虑程度的影响,为提高大学生的心理健康状况提供依据。方法根据SCL-90和IAS测量的情况,选取某医学院26名大学生,以IAS值高分(≥60)为第1组,其余(<60分)为第2组,进行团体咨询6周;用SCL-90,IAS和SAD进行前、后测。结果咨询后,2组学生SCL-90,IAS和SAD得分均明显下降,交往主动性增强,人际交往信心增加,社交技能有所提高,社交回避倾向下降,自我接纳程度增高。结论团体咨询较单一的心理健康教育课程能更有效地降低大学生交往焦虑。
Objective To explore the effects of group counseling on anxiety among college students, and to provide evidence for improving their mental health. Methods Twenty-six college students were devided into 2 groups by the cut off score of 60 for IAS. Group-counseling was conducted to these 26 students for six weeks. Before and after the counseling, they were investigated by using SCL - 90, IAS and SAD. Results After treatment of group counseling, the scores of SCL - 90, IAS and SAD were all decreased. They had more initiatives and confidence in communication activities and their communication skills were improved. They had less social-avoidance behaviors and higher self-acceptance. Conclusion Group counseling is an effective and feasible way to dispel communication anxiety among college students.
