摘要
本文论述了图书馆实行全面质量管理的概念、必要性,以及全面质量管理在图书馆中的应用,倡导以全面质量管理的理念提高图书馆的服务质量,更好地为用户服务。
This article discusses concept and necessity of full-scale quality management as well as the application of full-scale quality management in library, and proposes to improve service quality of library by using the idea of full-scale quality management so that we can serve the users better.
