摘要
随着中国建设和谐社会和可持续发展战略的实施,报废机动车的无害化和资源化处理作为循环经济体系中非常重要的一个环节,日益受到政府和社会的重视。在已有研究基础上,对目前中国机动车报废数量、资源回收量和回收效益进行定量计算。同时,对于当前中国报废机动车无害化和资源化的制度体系及其存在的问题进行分析,并据此提出一些政策建议。
According to building harmonious society in China, as an important part of circular economy system, automobile recycle attracts more and more attention from government and society. Based on prior researches, quantitative calculation on recycler material and benefit from recycle is made. On the same time, statues quo and problems of China automobile recycle system are analyzed, and some policy advices are proposed.
