摘要
以甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯(HEMA)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,N,N,—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了耐盐性能较好的高吸水性树脂。在AA/HEMA为95 /5(摩尔比),交联剂和引发剂质量分数为0. 03%和0. 14%,中和度为80%时,合成树脂的吸水率为570g/g,吸收1%的氯化钠溶液能力接近100g/g,在5%盐水中的吸液能力依然超过50g/g。
With AA and HEMA as main raw materials, NMBA as crosslinking agent, super absorbents of more anti-salt was synthesized in water liquor. Technical conditions are that mol ratio of AA/HEMA is 95/5, and mass of cross-linking agent is 0.03% , mass of initiatoris 0.14% , AA was neutralized partially by 80% sodium hydroxide. The results showed that super absorbent synthesized can absorb water as high as 570 g/g, 1% NaCI solution near to 100 g/g and 5% NaCI solution excess 50 g/g.
