摘要
地方理工科院校如何培养创新人才,重点从培养目标的制定要突出创新能力的要求;要转变教育观念;要改革教学的内容、手段和方法;要建设一支具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质师资队伍;要改进管理制度;要积极组织学生开展科技创新实践活动;学校应设立大学生科技创新专项资金等7个方面提出了建议与措施。
When it comes to frain innovating talens for local polytechnic academies, the article puts forward advices and measures from seven aspects, including establishing aim; changing educating ideas; reforming teaching contents and measures; constructing high stuff teachers with innovating spirit and practical ability; improving administering system; developing the practical activities of science and technology; and setting up funds for college student innovation.
