摘要
会话含义问题始于Grice的合作原则,但是在Sperber和Wilson提出关联理论之前,会话含义的研究基本上停留在纯语用学的视角上,即便是Sperber和Wilson以及后来Verschueren的顺应理论也只是对语境进行认知心理学的定义和解释,而没有真正从认知语境的角度探讨会话含义及其推导过程。文章运用认知语言学中的图形／背景理论、心理空间理论和原型理论分析了会话含义的三个认知过程,从而对会话含义做出了新的诠释。
Conversational implicature has been studied since Grice＇ s cooperative principle, but before Sperber ＆ Wilson＇ s Theory of Relevance, the researches had remained within a perspective of pure pragmatics. Even Sperber ＆ Wilson and Verschueren didn＇ t mention how to explain implicature in a cognitive perspective. This essay intends to analyze conversational implicature based on three cognitive theories： figure-ground theory, mental space theory and prototype theory.
