摘要
以对(或邻)甲苯胺为原料,在乙酸酐介质中经硝化反应制备了3,5-二硝基-4-氨基甲苯,收率85%,含量99%(质量分数,以下同);然后在乙醇介质中活性铜粉的催化下一步完成重氮化和氢取代反应,得到3,5-二硝基甲苯,收率84%(含量99.4%);再经Pd/C w(Pd)=5%催化加氢反应、亚硝酸重氮化反应以及水解反应制得3,5-二羟基甲苯,总收率为55%。
3,5-Dinitro-4-aminotoluene was prepared by nitration of p (o)-toluidine with fuming nitric acid in ethyl anhydride, followed by hydrolysis with sulfuric acid, with 85% yield and 99% in purity. This compound was diazotized and then substituted for hydrogen with a copper catalyst in a hot alcohol solution, giving 3,5-dinitrotoluene with 84% yield and 99.4% in purity. The title compound was obtained by reduction of 3,5-dinitrotoluene with hydrogen catalyzed by a 5% Pd/C catalyst, followed by diazotization and hydrolysis, with an overall yield of 55%.
