摘要
文化作为外资参与国有企业改革稀缺性和战略性资源,对于实施本土化战略至关重要。在建立文化整合各种经济社会资源,提高改制成功率的分析框架下,运用案例进行实证分析,并根据实证结论提出了对策和建议。
Culture,considered as the exiguous and strategic resources for foreign investment participation in the innovation of state-owned enterprises,is vital for practicing innovation strategy. The paper uses cases in analysis under the analytic framework of conforming various economic and social resources to promote innovation efficiency. It also brings forward countermeasure and suggestion on case studies.
