摘要
目的研究Endoglin与VEGF在大肠癌发生、发展中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测10例正常大肠黏膜组织、45例大肠腺瘤组织和41例大肠腺癌组织的Endoglin、VEGF的表达,对Endoglin单抗标记的血管在×200显微镜下计数MVD。结果Endoglin阳性的微血管主要分布在癌和腺瘤组织的表面,其所标记的MVD值在结直肠癌发生发展过程中逐渐增加。结直肠腺瘤-腺癌序列中,VEGF的阳性表达率逐渐增加,各组织间VEGF表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论Endoglin标染新生微血管的特异性更强,可以作为常规的活性增殖期血管内皮标记物进行大肠癌血管生成方面的研究。
Objective To investigate the expressions of Endoglin and VEGF in the process of eoloreetal carcinoma development. Methods The expressions of Endoglin and VEGF in 10 eases with normal eoloreetal mueosae tissues,45 eases with eoloreetal adenomas ,41 eases with eoloreetal adenocarcinomas were examined by use of S-P immunohistochemistry. And the MVD labeled by anti-Endoglin monoclonal antibody (Mab) and Mab were counted at ×200 magnification. Results Microvessels positive for Endoglin were preferentially observed on the surface of adenomas and adenocarcinomas. An increment of MVD for Endoglin in adenoma-adenocarcinoma sequence was statistically significant( P 〈 0.001 ). An increment expression of VEGF in adenoma-carcinoma sequence was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Endoglin was predominantly expressed in angiogenic endothelial cells, It might be a valuable marker for the study of angiogenesis in colorectal cancer development process.
