口服布洛芬混悬剂治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨布洛芬混悬剂口服治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭(PDA)的疗效及安全性。方法:33例胎龄29～34周早产儿,均经心脏彩超确诊为PDA,随机分为布洛芬组16例和消炎痛组17例,布洛芬组首剂给予10mg/kg,于24、48h后各给予5mg/kg。消炎痛组每次0.2mg/kg,每隔12h给药1次。两组均口服或鼻饲给药3次。48h后复查心脏彩超。用药期间观察患儿尿量、消化道出血、黄疸等情况。结果:布洛芬组14例(87.5%)PDA关闭,消炎痛组15例PDA关闭(88.2%),两组疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。布洛芬组仅1例出现不良反应,消炎痛组12例出现不良反应,两组不良反应比较差异有显著性。结论:口服布洛芬混悬剂治疗早产儿PDA疗效好,不良反应少。
