碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在肺疾病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)是一种具有很强生物学活性的生长因子,它在全身很多系统、器官和组织中都发挥着极其重要的作用。既往曾有就成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)与肺疾病的相关性进行过综述,本文着重阐述bFGF的生化、生理特性及它在肺疾病中作用的研究进展。
