摘要
介绍了PCD切削刀具的制造工艺,分析了PCD材料的磨削加工特点及PCD刀具刃磨对工装的要求,重点阐述了PCD切削刀具的刃磨工艺及其要点。
The manufacture technique of the PCD cutting tool is introduced, the grinding characteristic the PCD material and the request of s -harpening PCD cutting tool to the equipments are analyzed. Also the sharpening technique for the PCD cutting tool and its emphasis are finally represented.
