摘要
运用同工酶电泳技术对马尾松天然群体的遗传多样性进行了研究,分析了湖北省的7个马尾松天然群体的遗传多样性。结果表明:湖北省的马尾松群体具有较高的变异水平;整个群体的多态位点百分率为1.00,等位基因数为3.63,期望杂合度为0.262;群体内杂合体不足,纯合体过量,处于非平衡状态。
We have studied genetic structure of seven natural populations of masson pine ( Pinus massoniana Lamb. ) using isozyme analysis. The results showed there was very high level of genetic variation in the populations. The proportion of polymorphic loci, average number of alleles per locus, and average expected heterozygosity were 1.00, 3.63, and 0. 262, respectively. The FIS values indicated predominant excesses of homozygotes and deficiencies of heterozygotes were present within the populations. Considering the previous studies and speices characteristics of the species, the distortion of genetic composition would be related to the forest history of the populations.
