摘要
以小麦为试材,测定了二氯喹啉酸、2,4-D和二甲四氯对小麦种子芽长的抑制作用,结果表明,72 h对小麦种子芽长的EC50二氯喹啉酸为96.71 mg/kg;2,4-D为492.53 mg/kg,二甲四氯为798.28 mg/kg。
We measure the restrain activity of lxtuincloracp,2,4-D-ethylhexyl and MCPA in wheat bud growth. The result showed that the EC50 was 96.71 mg/kg of pquincloracp to wheat seed bud at 72 h. The EC50 was 492.53 mg/kg of 2,4-D-ethylhexyl to wheat seed bud at 72 h. The EC50 was 798.28 mg/kg of MCPA to wheat seed bud at 72 h.
