摘要
建立了一种测定奶粉中碘的衍生气相色谱方法,利用乙酸锌和亚铁氰化钾作为沉淀剂去除样品中的蛋白质,环己烷反萃取去除样品中的脂肪,在硫酸环境下用重铬酸钾将碘离子氧化为游离碘,与丁酮反应生成碘代丁酮(3-碘-2丁酮),环己烷萃取,气相色谱法检测定量。平均回收率在93.3%~106.0%之间,变异系数小于10.7%,碘最小检出浓度为0.0162mg/kg。
A method for the determination of micro amounts of iodine in milk powder by the derivable gas chromatography has been developed. The protein in the sample was removed using the zinc acetate and the potassium ferrocyanide as the precipitating agent and the fat in the sample was removed by cyclohexane counter-extract. The iodine ion was oxidized into free iodine with the potassium dichromate under the sulfuric acid environment, and into free iodine reacts on 2- butanone produce iodobutanone (3 - iodine - 2 - butanone) that extract with cyclohexane and determine the amounts of iodobutanone by gas chromatography. The recoveries of the added standard were found to be with 93.3 % - 106.0% with the coefficient of variability smaller than 10.7%. The detection limit for iodine is 0.016 2 mg/kg.
