摘要
目的观察甲钴胺(弥可保)治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效,并与维生素B12治疗作比较。方法20例甲钴胺治疗患者与18例维生素B12治疗患者为研究对象。治疗21 d后比较两组面神经功能恢复的情况,同时治疗前后分别进行改良Portm ann评分和面神经电图(EnoG)检测潜伏期,比较两组结果。结果甲钴胺治疗组面神经功能恢复优于维生素B12治疗组(P<0.05),〗甲钴胺治疗组面神经电图潜伏期较维生素B12组短,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,并且优于维生素B12。
Objective To investigate the effect of mecobalamin on peripheral facial palsy （PFP） and compare it with that of Vit B 12. Methods Thirty - eight patients with PFP were randomly assigned to receive mecobalamin （ n = 20） or Vit B 12 （ n = 18 ）, The recovery of PFP was evaluated 21 days after treatment, Portmann scores and facial nerve latency measured by eleetroneuregraphy （EnoG） were compared between two groups. Results Meeobalamin treatment was associated with significant greater improvement in facial nerve function （ P 〈 0.05 ）, higher Portmann scores and shorter latency（ P 〈 0.05 ） as compared with Vit B12 treatment. In meeobalamin group patients, Portmann scores increased from 4, 21 ± 2. 11 before treatment to 17.11 ±3.10 after treatment, The latency decreased from 3.12 ± 41ms before treatment to 1.12 ± 0.20 ms after treatment ; while the corresponding values for VitB 12 group patients were 3.88 ± 2.02 and 11.32 ± 4.12,2.95 ±0.32 and 2.23 ± 0.22ms, respectively. Conclusion Mecobalamin can significantly improvement facial nerve function in patients with PFP.
