摘要
从磁路出发,将传统的一幅磁芯进行分割,变成阵列式结构,提出了阵列式解耦集成电感。分析了解耦集成原理,推导了等效电路,进行了仿真验证。并把阵列式集成电感应用于Cuk变换器,实验表明阵列式集成电感和多个分立电感一样具有相同的性能。最后给出了阵列式集成电感平面化方案,使阵列式集成电感达到了轻、小、薄的目的,同时阵列式及平面化结构有利于集成电感的散热,降低了阵列式集成电感的损耗。
From magnetic circuit, carving up a traditional magnetic core into array structure, an array decoupling integrated inductance is presented. The theory of decoupling integration is analyzed, the equivalent electric circuit is deduced and simulated. Then, the array decoupling integrated inductance is used into a Cuk converter and the experimental result has shown that the integrated inductance has the same function as discrete inductance. By the planar plan of the array decoupling integrated inductance, the goal of light, small, and thin can be achieved. At the same time , the array and planar structure is beneficial to the hot scattering and lowers the loss of it.
