摘要 目的:探讨过氧化氢(H2O2)对体外培养的黑素细胞形态和功能的影响。方法:向体外培养的正常黑素细胞中加入过氧化氢,检测不同浓度(0~0.5mmol/L)和不同时间(0~60min)的氧化应激对细胞形态及功能的影响。结果:过氧化氢的加入导致细胞形态的改变并抑制了细胞的增殖及黑素合成,且具有浓度和时间依赖性。结论:氧化应激可损伤细胞并抑制黑素细胞的增殖及黑素合成。 Objective: To determine the effect of hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2 ) on configuration and function of cultured melanocytes. Methods: Hydrogen peroxide was added into cultured normal melanocytes in different dosages (0 - 0.5 mmol/L) and in different time (0- 60 minute), and the configuration and function of the melanocytes were observed and measured. Results: Addition of H2O2 into the culture medium resulted in the changes of configuration of the cultured cells, and inhibited the proliferation and melanogenesis of normal melanocytes. The inhibitive effect was concentration - and- time dependent. Conclusion: Oxidative stress can damage the cells and inhibit the melanogenesis of melanocyte.
