摘要
通过差热分析(DTA)、金相组织观察等手段,分析了不同均匀化工艺对Al-Cu-Mg-Ag铝合金的微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用接近低熔点共晶熔化的温度均匀化退火后,合金的枝晶偏析得以消除,晶内成分分布均匀。合金室温抗拉强度达到470MPa,对应的伸长率也达到8%~10%。
Based on differential thermal analysis (DTA), optical microscope, the effect of different kinds of homogenization heat treatments performing on microstructures and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that the processing of homogenizing heat treatment, of which the temperature is close to the melting point of non-equilibrium eutectic phases, can be made the alloy obtain a fine grain boundary and the dendrites segregation is eliminated almost; the structure distributes equality. The second phase solution into the Al matrix. The alloy's tensile strength is about 470MPa and the elongation is about 8%~10%.
