摘要
比较了一次泵系统冷水变流量的控制方式,指出温差控制法适用于用户端不设调节阀、空调区域个性化要求不高的场合,否则宜采用末端压差控制方式。给出了压差控制法的节能估算公式,并指出压差控制阀的节能效果逊于温差控制法的程度与设定压差和设计扬程的比值有关。
Contrasts several control modes in primary variable chilled water flow systems. Points out that the differential temperature control mode is suitable for the air conditioning systems where no control valve is installed and individual demand is not strict, otherwise, the differential pressure control should be employed. Offers the formula for estimating energy saving rate in the differential pressure control mode and points out that the difference of energy-saving rate between the differential pressure control mode and the differential temperature control mode is relative to the ratio of the set differential pressure to the design pump head.
