钢-混凝土组合楼板施工阶段变形计算荷载取值探讨

摘要 现场测试和模拟试验表明,压型钢板作为组合楼板浇注混凝土的底模,在施工荷载撤走后,压型钢板的变形出现回弹,实测挠度与楼板自重作用下的计算挠度基本吻合,小于按现行标准计算的结果。因此,验算组合楼板施工阶段的挠度时,可不考虑施工荷载的影响。 In order to verify the loading condition in the deflection calculation of composite slab with metal deck during construction, the site test and a simulation experiment were carried out. Both the measured metal-deck deflections of the site test and constructional simulation experiment of a frill scale continuous composite slab at the construction stage show that the construction live load should not be included in the deflection calcttlation, as the deck is designed to be in elastic range, so the deflection of the metal deck should rebound after removal of construction live load, and the measured deflections are extremely close to those which are calculated by the weight of wet concrete and metal deck.
