摘要
目的:建立十八味诃子利尿丸中的盐酸小檗碱的含量以控制产品质量。方法:采用Symmetry R C18(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水-三乙胺-冰醋酸(31:69:0.2:0.2,1:1盐酸调pH=3.8)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL×min-1,柱温为室温,检测波长为346 nm,以外标法测定了十八味诃子利尿丸中的盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.02 ̄0.12 mg/mL的浓度范围内呈线性关系。盐酸小檗碱在供试品中的平均回收率为98.7%,重复性RSD为2.00%(n=5)。结论:该方法正确、重现性好、操作简便、易行,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective : The method of quality control of Berberine Hydrochloride in Shibawei hezi liniaowan Capsulas by HPLC is established. Method:An ODS column was used with a mobile phase consisted of mixture of methanol-water triethylamine-glacial acetic acid (31:69:0.2:0.2,by volume ratio) by flow rate of 1.0 mL × min^-1 in this method. And UV detector wavelength was 346 nm.Results:The linear range of Berbedne Hydrochloride was 0.02-0.12mg/mL(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.7% (RSD=2.00%, n=5). Conclusion: An accurate,simple,rapid qualitative method with good repro- ducibility to assay Berberine Hydrochloride in Bawei Berberine Capsulas were established.
