摘要
采用微波消解技术-ICP-MS法测定了茶碱及咖啡因中的微量元素钠、锰、镍、铁、铜、锌、磷、钾、钙、和镁10种微量元素。该方法对各元素的检出限为0.004～0.9ng.g-1,相对标准偏差为0.16～5.02%,用加标回收评价了方法的准确性,回收率为90～110%。
The method was studied for the analysis of 10 kinds of trace elements（Na, Mn, Ni, Fe, Cu, Zn, P, K, Ca, and Mg） in Caffeine and Theophylline by using microwave digestion-ICP-MS. Dete-ction limits for all sample elements were between 0.004-0.9ng · g^-1, the RSDs were between 0.16% -5.02% and the recoveries were between 90%-110%.
