摘要
公司层面的创业活动已成为企业建立竞争优势的重要策略。公司创业是研究这类现象的特征、影响因素等问题的学术领域。回顾了该领域的发展轨迹,论述了公司创业过程、公司创业强度和国际化公司创业三个研究方向的理论观点和成果。基于此,提出了三维度公司创业理论架构,并结合中国实践指出了未来需要特别关注的内容。
Firm-level entrepreneurship has been widely regarded as an effective means for companies to gain competitive advantage. Corporate entrepreneurship, as an academic field, is generally studied on the basis of the nature, or influential elements of the entrepreneurial behaviors within the firm. This paper first briefly reviews the evolution of the research in the academic field, and then expatiates on the theoretical views and research results of the three focal subjects, namely, corporate entrepreneurial process, corporate entrepreneurial intensity, and international corporate entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis, the paper finally proposes a fundamental framework of the theory of corporate entrepreneurship with three dimensions, and, according to the Chinese management practices, outlines several key areas that need greater attention in future research.
