摘要
详细阐述了基于虚拟仪器的思想,采用图形化编程环境LabVIEW平台和通用数据采集卡开发虚拟X荧光测量系统的全过程;系统采取了连续采样和幅度提取的方法,直接对核探头输出的电压脉冲信号进行分析,给出幅度谱;经测试,系统能满足实际测量的要求,并且可以根据需要进行扩展,充分体现了虚拟仪器技术的灵活性和可重构性,扩展了虚拟仪器在核辐射测量中的应用。
The whole process of designing virtual X--ray fluorescence analyzer was particularized with LabVIEW which is a new type of graphical programming platform and data acquisition board , based on virtual instrument technology. It can analyze the output of the radiation detecor and give the height spectrum by the method of the continuous real--time data acquisition and the abstraction of pulse signal amplitude. The simple test shows that this system can meet the demand, and it can be easily expanded according to the situation, which shows the flexibility of virtual instruments technology and extends its application in nuclear signal measurement.
