摘要
目前,介入性热化疗作为一种新的综合治疗手段已经应用于临床,但在抗癌机制及治疗方案等方面仍未有定论,本文就近年来肝癌介入性热化疗的温度及时间、灌注液的总量及流速、常用药物及热化疗方案等方面的研究情况作一综述,并指出了介入性热化疗存在的问题和发展方向。
At present, interventional thermochemotherapy as a new method of synthetic therapy has been applied in clinic. However, the principle and the treatment plan of it is no-definition. This paper reviews the research advancement about temperature and time, volume dose, and flow rate of perfusion fluid, medicine in common use and treatment plan of interventional thermochemotherapy for hepatic carcinoma ,the problem and the future were also indicated.
