摘要
介绍了无磷阻垢缓蚀剂ZH800WS在第三循环水场(“三循)”应用的工况条件,剖析了药剂试用过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。通过比较,在无磷阻垢缓蚀剂ZH800WS的使用期间,水质和管理数据有较大进步。循环水系统腐蚀、结垢状况改善,平均腐蚀率0.047 mm/a,大大好于石化集团公司控制指标,接近最好级水平。ZH800WS与磷系阻垢缓蚀剂比较,在三循使用无直接经济效益,但环境、社会效益显著。
The operation conditions of non-phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor, ZH800WS in the Third Circulating Cooling Water System is introduced. Some issues are analysed and their solutions are put forward. Through comparision, it is found that when ZH800WS is used, great improvement has been made in water quality and management data. With the improvement in the situation of scale and corrosion in the circulating water, the system average corrosion rate is 0.047 mm/a. It is much better than the controlling index of Petrochemical Group Co. and is close to the best level. Compared with phosphorus scaling and corrosion inhibitors, ZH800WS does not have direct economic benefit, but it has remarkable environmental and social benefits.
