补肾益髓法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察补肾益髓中药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:患者随机分为中药治疗组90例,西药对照组30例。分别采用具有补肾益髓功效中药及雄性激素康力龙治疗。结果:治疗组基本治愈15例,缓解29例,明显进步26例,总有效率77.78%;对照组基本治愈3例,缓解5例,明显进步12例,总有效率66.67%。两组总体疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益髓法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床疗效较好,其机制可能与调节造血细胞分泌水平有关。 Objective:To observe clinical effect on patients with chronic aplastic anemia treated by herbs of invigorating the kidney and marrow. Methods: Patients with chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into two groups. 90 patients in treatment group were treated with method of invigorating the kidney and marrow herbs and 30 patients in control group were treated with Stanozolol. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 77.78%, while the control group reached 66.67 %. The test results shows significantly difference between these two groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion-The clinical effect on patients with chronic aplastic anemia treated by method of invigorating the kidney and marrow was preferable. And the mechanism is probably the regulation of hematopoietic cytokine.
