摘要 硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(SCD)是奶牛乳腺合成共轭亚油酸(CLA)的关键酶。奶牛日粮饲喂35 d豆油后,与不添加豆油的对照组相比,抑制了奶牛乳腺组织SCD基因mRNA的表达,研究结果表明,日粮亚油酸对乳腺SCD酶基因表达具有抑制作用。 The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of dietary soybean oil on Stearoyl-CoA-desaturase (SCD) gene expression in mammary gland. Multiparous Hostein cows (n= 6)in middle lactation were used in a completely randomized design. Cows were given a total mixed ration with no added soybean oil (CTL) or soybean oil (TRT, about 2% of dry matter) for 5 weeks. Mammary gland tissue was taken from a rear quarter at the end of the treatment period. Consumption of soybean oil decreased the abundance of SCD mRNA in the mammary gland by 50% compared to control group. The results suggest that soybean oil decrease expression of SCD gene mainly due to the intake of linoleic acid.
