分析了舟山桃夭门大桥钢箱梁板块单元制造焊接变形产生的原因,阐述了采用专用反变形胎架控制焊接变形的技术,运用这种方法,有效地控制了变形,满足了钢箱梁段拼焊的需要。
The paper analyzed the reason of welding deformation formed during the girder plate manufacture of steel box on Taoyaomen bridge in Zhoushan. The technology that special tyre frame was used to control the welding deformation was mainly introduced.
