如何保证质量管理体系的有效运行是化工企业获得认证后一个不能回避的课题,介绍了评价质量管理体系的有效性的关键因素,提出了保持质量管理体系有效性的切实措施。
It is important for chemical industry enterprises to strengthen the effectively operation of quality management system and improve continuity of the quality systems after passing ISO9001 authentication. This paper introduces some factors influence the quality system, analyzes the existing problem of quality system and puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems.
