摘要
目的:探讨减味藿香正气水药味最佳配比。方法:采用均匀设计和药效学相结合的方法,以家兔离体十二指肠的抑制率为考察指标。结果:减味藿香正气水药味最佳配比是:厚朴7.82g;陈皮3g;苍术3g;半夏3g;广藿香油30μL。结论:最佳配比的减味藿香正气水具有良好的抑制家兔离体十二指肠的作用。
Objective : To define the optimal proportion of four ingredients in of Jianwei Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui (JHZS). Methods: Uniform- design method combined with pharmacodynamics (RabbitsSisolated duodenum inhibition rate was used as indices in this study) was used. Results :The optimal proportion and components of JHZS ( Composed of Cortrx Magnoliae Officinalis, Citrus, Atractylodes Lancea, Pinellia Temata, and patchouly oil) were 7.82g, 3g,3g, 3g, and 30μL. Conclusion: The optimal proportion JHZS can inhibt rabbits'isolated duodenum better.
