溶胶-凝胶法制备无铅纳米BaTiO_3基PTC陶瓷粉体的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为获得具有良好PTC效应的陶瓷元件,采用复合掺杂,通过柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法及二步合成法,经低温煅烧干凝胶制备无铅BaTiO3基PTC粉体.制得的粉体晶粒小、分散性好、低团聚,达纳米级.并通过TG-DTA、XRD、SEM和TEM等测试手段对其性能做了进一步研究. In order to obtain the ceramic devices with good PTCeffect,we find it very important to prepare the ceramic powder at first.Now with citrat sol-gel process and twice-through method,at low temperature sintered,the donor-doped BaTiO3 powder without lead has been prepared.Results show that the PTC powder is the powder with fine crystallization,well dispersion ,low aggregation,nanometer scale.It have been studied by the methods of TG-DTA,SRD,SEM,TEM.
