摘要
前门内板锁孔因原先模具设计缺陷,极易造成冲孔废料回带,回带的料片掉落在模具型面上,致使零件大量压印、变形,生产效率低。针对设计缺陷,对冲孔工艺进行了改进,将原来的正冲改为凸凹模反冲孔的方法,使原先冲两三次便出现回带的难题得以成功解决。同时孔径尺寸稳定,孔的质量也得到了改善,一度因为冲孔撕裂而导致漆裂的问题也得到根除。
For the defect of the orgindl design of the die, punching scrape was apt to drop on the die surface, leading to imprinting and deformation defects of the part and low efficiency of the production line. So punching process was modified in this paper, forward punching was replaced by backward punching to overcome above defects. It is shown that size of the hole became stable, hole quality was improved and relative problems in printing crack were overcome.
