摘要
提出了基于IMAQ的模板匹配的零件检测方法,叙述了对图像进行预处理、确定零件的特征区域和设置最小分值,实现了零件的匹配和检测。实验过程表明,应用模板匹配对零件检测可以取得预期的结果。
It introduces a method based on IMAQ to measure the parts with template matching, presents the image pre- processing, sets character region of parts and minimum score, realizes matching and measurement of parts. Experiment results show that the method is effective for parts measurement.
