摘要
以击剑运动员王海滨近年来几次备战大赛的训练实践为例,对其备战大赛训练负荷的安排进行了研究和分析。从中发现,两种训练负荷节奏的安排都是成功的。这说明了在训练实践中,训练负荷节奏的安排并无定式。应以竞技需要、个体状况、现实状态为依据。在负荷量与强度的组合方面,突出专项负荷强度的负荷安排是击剑训练负荷安排的重要特点。
This paper gives examples of arrangement on training load of Wang haibin, a famous fencer of our country. Then it has a research on the arrangement of training load during his training in preparation for important competitions in recent years. The results reveal that two types of training arrangement have been successful on rhythm of training load. The phenomenon illustrates that the arrangement of training load is not machine- made. In practice, its arrangement should according to needs of competition, individual situation, as well as the status quo of training. On the training amount combining with training intensity, the arrangement way of emphasizing on specific training intensity is the typical feature of fencing training.
