血虚大鼠血流变和凝血功能的变化研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的采用注射APH致血虚造模方法,对照观察正常与造模后大鼠的血常规、血流变以及出、凝血时间等状况,探讨血虚模型的血瘀出血发生机制与临床意义。结果血虚模型大鼠的血流变以及出、凝血时间和足底微循环等均较正常大鼠有明显异常。表现为WB V(高、中、低切)、PV、WBRV(高、低切),以及EI和IR均有明显升高; 足底微循环显著障碍;而出、凝血时间明显延长(P<0.01或P<0.05)。脏器组织均可见缺血损伤、瘀血、出血的病理改变。结论血虚模型的血瘀出血反应,与伴有血流变和凝血功能异常有关。 Objective To observe the blood routine,coagulation time of the normal group and model group to investigate the mechanism and clinical meaning of blood stasis model induced blooding through the injection of APH to produce the deficiency of blood.Results The haemorheology ,blooding time, coagulation time and foot microcirculation of the model group have significant difference with the normal group in the whole blood viscosity.Plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, red blood cell deformation and rigidity index,increased significantly,with dysfunctional foot microcirculation and prolonged time ofblooding time,and coagulation time.(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). There are pathological changes in ischemia ,blood stasis,and bleeding of the organ tissue .Conclusion Blood stasis induced bleeding has relation with the abnormality ofhaemorheology and coagulation function.
