摘要
以看家基因、方差分析及Pearson相关距离结合的数据预处理基因表达方法,运用统计学对看家基因范围做出置信区间并衡量看家基因值,使作为参照物的看家基因更精确。方差分析用以解决实验前后基因表达数据的不一致,去掉误差数据。再利用看家基因调整余下的基因表达数据,从而保证待分析的基因表达数据的正确率。
Combined with housekeeping gene, variance analysis, and person relative distance, the statistics was adopted by data pretreatment gene expression method to make belief interval and measure housekeeping gene value; then, the reference housekeeping gene was more precisely. The variance analysis was adopted to solve the gene expression data difference before and after examination; and the error data was cut off. Then, the housekeeping gene was used to adjust the rest gene expression data in order to keep the correct rate of pre-analysis gene expression data.
