摘要
S7-300与WinCC间,经编程计算机设置通信端口、多点接口网络MPI地址、传输速率等参数,通过MPI端口对S7-300进行硬件组态,再将组态程序下载到PLC以确认,依次完成各PLC的组态后,便构建成MPI网络。组态后,在S7-300下设置标签,并用基本元件或图形库中对象制作生产工艺流程监控画面,将变量标签与每个对象连接,即可在CRT画面上监视、控制现场设备。
The programming computer sets up parameters such as the communication port, address of Multi-spots connection network MPI, the transfer rate, etc. carries on the hardware configuration to S7-300 through MPI port, downloads the configuration procedure to PLC again to confirm, after completing the configuration of each PLC in turn, the MPI network construction completes among S7-300 and WinCC. After the configuration, establishes the label under S7-300, and manufactures the monitoring picture of production technical process with the primary element or the object in graph storehouse; the variable label link with each object, then the system could monitor and control the scene equipments in the CRT picture.
