摘要 全身γ刀是立体定向γ-射线全身治疗系统的简称,已有大量临床治疗结果表明全身γ刀等综合治疗可提高肿瘤局控率,减少放射并发症。文章就全身γ刀在肺癌综合治疗中的应用作一综述。
