摘要
采用氯化原位接枝法制备改性CPVC,在氯化的同时加入丙烯酸丁酯(BA)得到CPVC-g-PBA,利用毛细管流变仪研究了CPVC和CPVC-g-PBA的流变行为,讨论了两者的剪切应力和剪切速率以及温度对熔体流变行为、熔体粘度的的的影响,并测定了其非牛顿指数。
It prepared the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) by means of in-sltu chlorinated grafting method, and synthesized CPVC-g-PBA by adding Butyl Acrylate (BA) during the chlorinating. It studied the rheolngical behavior of CPVC and CPVC-g-pRA by use of XLY-II capillary rheometer, and discussed the effects of shearing stress, shearing rate and temperature of CPVC and CPVC-g-PBA on file melt rheologinal behavior and melt viscosity, and then measured the non-Newtonian indexes of both CPVC and CPVC-g-PBA.
