摘要
本文报道了新三氮烯试剂2-羧基-4-硝基苯基重氮基偶氮苯的合成及其与镉的显色反应.在非离子表面活性剂TritonX—100存在下.于pH11.0的Na4B4o3-NaOH缓冲介质中.试剂可与镉生成2:1的红色配合物,其配台物的最大吸收波长位于520nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.566×x105L·mol-1.cm-1,镉量在0—10μg/25ml范围内符台比尔定律,方法用于标准水样及铝合金标样中微量用的测定,结果满意.
ynthesis of a new triazene reagent 2-carboxyl-4-nitrobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene and its color reacation with cadmium have been reported in thes paper.In the presence of nonionic sdrictant Triton X-100 and at PH 11.0 borax buffer solution.the reagent reacts with cadmium to form a red complex with a molar ratio of 2:1.The maxium wavelength of complex is at 520nm.Molar abasorptivity is found to be 1.56×105L.mol-1.cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg Cd(II) per 25ml solution.The method has been applied to determination of trace cadmium in standard water sample and aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
