摘要
作为一个特殊的职业群体,公务员心理健康问题正日益得到多方关注。近些年来,国内外专家学者们针对公务员心理健康进行了研究,主要包括该群体健康状况调查、心理健康影响因素探究、不健康心理分析及公务员队伍中特殊群体心理健康研究。但在已有研究中,存在着研究整体缺乏系统性、研究工具的局限性、研究对象范围狭小而造成的已有研究可推广性有限等诸多问题。因此,应对公务员心理健康的影响因素进行系统建构,加强专门针对公务员职业群体心理健康的本土化量表的研制,解决研究与实践脱节的问题。
As a special occupational group, civil servants' mental health is gradually arousing general concern. In recent years, domestic and overseas scholars did a lot mainly focusing on the following 4 aspects, that is, investigations on the state of civil servants' mental health, effective factors for civil servants' mental health, manifestation of civil servants' unhealthy mental state, and mental health of special groups of civil servants. Furthermore, this article holds a discussion of the problems that are present in the study of the field, that is, generally lacking systematic nature, being short of effective researching tools, as well as the achievements are in want of popularization because of the rather limited samples. So, some feasible methods have been given to the following researches and how to improve the conditions of civil servants' mental health.
