锌系磷化膜疲劳损伤过程的研究

摘要 用系统分析的方法,通过三点弯曲疲劳试验,结合扫描电镜等观测手段,定量跟踪锌系磷化膜在循环载荷作用下疲劳损伤的产生与发展过程。试验结果表明,在循环加载过程中,因基体材料受循环载荷作用而产生表面滑移塑性变形时,锌系磷化膜以不断开裂的损伤方式发展,而非通常认为在很短的循环周期里大规模开裂过程,表现为一种损伤的过程,因而磷化膜呈现出一定的韧性。试验结果还显示,锌系磷化膜是在循环载荷作用到一定的循环周数才出现逐步开裂的过程,说明锌系磷化膜具有一定的疲劳强度。 The effects of zinc system phosphate coating on fafgue property have been examined by three-point bending fatigue test. damage processs of zinc system phosphate coating has been investigated by system analysis method. The results reveal that the crack of the zincic system phosphate coating initiates when the slip bands occur on the surface of base steel, and the fatigue damage of the coating is a continual process. The results also show that the coating has some ductile features and the system analysis method is effective in the surface fatigue damage detecting.
