摘要
河北省作为城市化水平较低但发展速度较快的省份,面对资源相对匮乏、环境污染严重的压力,城市化进程的加快必须按照可持续发展的思想,选择“成本内化”的城市化可持续发展模式,通过科技创新,建立低能耗、多元化健康型消费方式,调整产业结构,发展循环经济,有效抑制城市化进程中的资源耗竭与生态环境的恶化,实现城市化进程中人口资源环境与经济的协调发展。
As a low-level urbanization and quick development province, Hebei Province is confronted with the shortage of resources and the impact of heavy environment pollution. So we have to choose the developing model of cost internalizing in order to comply the process of urbanization with the thoughts of sustainable development. Moreover, we have to coordinate the population, resources and environment with economic development in the process of urbanization by technology innovation, diversified and healthy consuming style, industrial structure adjustment, and circulating economy, so that to restrain the resources exhaustion and ecological environment deterioration.
