摘要 以虾壳为主要原料制备天然高分子化合物甲壳素和壳聚糖,其资源丰富,应用范围十分广阔。采用正交实验法研究了以氢氧化钠醇水溶液为反应介质,并加入聚乙二醇相转移催化剂来制备壳聚糖的新方法。讨论了影响壳聚糖脱乙酰度的因素,确定了最佳工艺条件,氢氧化钠质量分数为35%;反应温度90℃;反应时间3 h;相转移催化剂质量分数为5%。并从废水中提取蛋白质和碳酸钙,减少污染,通过对各阶段的废水化学需氧量进行检测,确认取得了较好的效果。 Natural polymers, chitin and chitosan, obtained from shells of crab and shrimp, have been widely used in various fields. This paper obtains a new method to prepare chitosan by orthogonal experiments with sodium hydroxide and ethanol solution as the medium of reaction, and polyethylene glycol as the phase transfer catalyst. Besides, it makes discussions on the factors that affect the deacetylate degree of chitosan, and obtains the optimal technical conditions as follows: the density of sodium hydroxide 35%, the reaction temperature 90℃, the reaction time 3 h, and the transfer catalyst dosage 5%. Moreover, we succeed in extracting protein and calcium carbonate from the waste water and preventing from pollution. Examination of the chemical oxygen deal at each stage shows that the result is satisfactory.
