摘要
以四氢呋喃为溶剂、过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂制备了丙烯酸接枝聚乳酸(PLA-g-AA)。研究了反应时间、BPO和AA用量对接枝率的影响,并对接枝物进行了傅立叶变换红外光谱分析,确定了较理想的工艺条件:反应时间6h,PLA,AA,BPO质量比为100:10:3。
Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) grafted by acrylic acid (AA) was prepared with tetrahydrofuran(THF) as solvent and dihenzoyl peroxide(BPO)as initiator. The influence of reaction time, the content of AA and BPO on the grafting ratio were studied. The grafted resultant was also analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy. The optimum reaction condition is determined as follows: reaction time is 6 hours, and mass ratio of PLA,AA and BPO is 100 : 10 : 3.
