摘要
融资租赁作为一种独特的资产经营方式,发展迅速,其不仅是承租方融资的形式,同时也是出租方最大限度地保护自己利益的一种投资方式。融资租赁把融资和融物合二为一正是其具有竞争力的关键所在。目前我国融资租赁业尚存在一些问题,但促进融资租赁业在我国蓬勃发展对经济的繁荣具有重要的意义。
Financing lease is as a kind of assets management style, it develops rapidly. It is not merely a form of chartering square financing, but a kind of investment way to protect the lessor＇ s interests to the maximum extent at the same time. Financing lease melt two into one to be exactly their competitive keys. At present, there are some problems in the leasing industry of our country, but it is important of promoting leasing indusrty to the development of economy.
