家庭性腺瘤性息肉病的外科治疗

摘要 家族性腺瘤性息肉病（family adenomatous polyposis，FAP）属常染色体显性遗传疾病，目前被认为是癌前病变，而且癌变往往为多发性、多中心性。我们收集了28例FAP患者的临床资料，就FAP的临床特点和外科治疗进行探讨。
